Meeting on November 11, 2018

Gogol: It's not my job to preach a sermon. Art is anyhow a homily. My job is to
speak in living images, not in arguments. I must exhibit life full-face, not
discuss life.
At today's
meeting, we began with discussing this phrase by the well-known
writer. As photographers, we only need to follow life, observe it and capture
it.
We continued with technical issues. How does photo shutter speed affect photo? We tried with a spinning top

In the
first photo we used a slow shutter speed (1/15 sec) and in the second a fast
one (1/2000 sec).
Note: the
tops were spinning in both cases

It is easy
to see what the photographer can do in either case.
And, of
course, as requested by the most, we played again our favorite ice breaking
game:
